SGL GmbH transports bulk goods for the foodstuff and feed industry within the GMP+ sector.
Our company has GMP+ as well as IFS-Logistics certification to always ensure our quality promise to customers.
We transport various products for our customers, including malt for the brewing industry, cocoa for the chocolate industry, grain for the feed industry, and sugar for the foodstuff industry.
We have a fleet of over seventy trucks, as well as over eighty tipping trailers, and twenty silo trailers, which allows us a high degree of flexibility when it comes to efficient transport services.
Our strategic target area for our services is the whole of Europe, focusing on Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.

Vehicle fleet

SGL GmbH has its own fleet of over 70 trucks and more than 100 trailers to deliver our customers’ products to their final destinations.
We have state-of-the-art vehicles that are precisely tailored to the needs of our customers.
With the help of the latest IT technology and modern equipment, we ensure that our customers’ products reach their destination via the most efficient routes.
Tipping trailers
Efficient in transporting and loading/unloading malt, grain, cocoa beans, or other raw materials for the foodstuff and feed industry.
– Available from 55 m³ to 60 m³
Loading takes place quickly and efficiently via the top of the trailer, which is then covered with a tarpaulin and securely closed with the aid of tensioning straps.
After loading, the trailer can be sealed with seals according to the customer’s wishes.
For unloading, a dust bag is mounted at the rear of the trailer, which is aligned over the customer’s silo. When unloading begins, our trailer is tilted via a hydraulic cylinder and thus unloaded automatically and efficiently.
Silo trailer
Ideal for transporting products with special quality and safety requirements such as sugar or other raw materials for the food industry.
– Available from 42 m³ to 63 m³
Loading takes place quickly and efficiently via the top of the trailer, which is then sealed airtight. After loading, the trailer can be sealed with seals according to the customer’s wishes.
For unloading, hoses are mounted between the truck, trailer, and our customer’s silo. The truck’s compressor then creates overpressure in the silo to unload the product cleanly and efficiently.
