Job description

As a transport planner at SGL GmbH, you are jointly responsible for the planning of our trucks. Together with experienced colleagues, you will solve a puzzle of our customer orders on a daily basis and ensure that our trucks are on the road as efficiently as possible throughout Europe, with a strong focus on Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.
Among other things, you are responsible for communication with our truck drivers and customer contact. You are both the internal and external contact for questions regarding our transport planning.
Communication skills and quick adaptation are important to maintain daily operations.

Your profile:

– Relevant experience in logistics through work experience, training or other interest, experience as a dispatcher is an advantage.

– You are fluent in German and English

– Excellent communication skills
